These Beef Bulgogi Bowls are SUCH a fun way to switch up the way you eat steak! The marinade is EVERYTHING. I used to make these ALL the time. 1½ lbs thinly sliced sirloin or flank steak
(slice very thin AGAINST the grain … My sprouts was out of Sirloin so I did stir fry strip steak instead. I totally recommend doing thinly sliced sirloin instead)
